Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Inbound Sales Representative & SDR to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for a results-driven full-cycle Sales Representative to help build and scale a B2B sales function from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning the entire sales cycle, from first customer interaction through to closing, while operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

The position combines both inbound and outbound sales efforts, offering the opportunity to engage directly with business customers, drive revenue, and contribute to shaping sales strategies, processes, and messaging. As part of a growing function, you’ll play a key role in defining how the sales engine evolves, with significant ownership and impact from day one.

  • Own inbound leads from first contact to closed deal

  • Follow up fast, follow up smart, and follow up consistently

  • Run Zoom calls, qualify customers, understand needs, recommend the right plant solutions, and close

  • Keep your pipeline clean and tight so nothing slips through

  • Move deals forward creatively when things stall

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential business customers

  • Run outbound via email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative experiments

  • Qualify outbound leads and turn them into real sales opportunities

  • Book meetings and either close smaller deals yourself or hand off larger ones smoothly

  • Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and sequences based on what works

  • Help shape early sales processes, playbooks, and tools

  • Give feedback on what’s broken, what’s working, and what we should change

  • Be part of building a real B2B sales engine, not just “working leads”

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, including inbound, outbound, or full-cycle roles

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and communicate effectively with US-based customers

  • Experience running sales conversations across multiple channels, including video calls, email, and phone

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close deals, with a strong focus on results

  • Persistent and proactive approach to follow-up and pipeline management

  • Highly organized, with the ability to maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving processes and systems

  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to take ownership without constant guidance

  • Experience with outbound prospecting (e.g., email, LinkedIn, cold calling) is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
