Job requirements

What we are looking for!

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in HR generalist duties and end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).

  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and HR administration

Tech-Savvy:

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, HRIS tools, ATS platforms, and other digital recruitment solutions.

  • Communication Wizard:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Able to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-growing tech or recruitment organization.

  • Previous client-facing communication experience.

  • Experience with HR operational tasks such as contracts, or compliance
