Role overview

With technology at the forefront of everything we do we are looking for an innovative Head of Product to drive the growth ecommerce platform. This platform will streamline our internal business efficiency and in turn drive our growth. 

We are looking for a leader to come in and develop strategy, roadmap and that will set our platform growth ideas up for success. As the Head of Product, you will be expected to work cross functionally leading from the ground up. This role is a direct spilt between strategy and direct technical involvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Product development across whole organization including ERP, Data teams cross functional departments such as finance and supply chain.

  • Contribute to the AI development products

  • Manage agile processes across the teams

  • Act as a point of liaison between the commercial teams and the technology department in order to translate the needs of the business into a software product

  • Manage stakeholder expectations with knowledge of what Is and isn’t possible from a technology standpoint

  • Own all elements of the product roadmap, management processes, and stakeholder management aspects of developing and delivering this new product

  • Work with the directors across the business, to shape the roadmap and activity, putting your mark on the direction of the product function

  • Lead very small team and grow it over time based on demand

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience

  • Highly experienced in product ownership, management and development.

  • Hands on any aspect of the product development from design sprints, Jira, Scrum, Specifications, Roadmap, Epic Planning and other

  • Have defined the product strategy for organisation, but still wants to work hands on

  • Have worked with modern tech solutions

  • Knowledge in Supply chain

  • Experience with complex retail systems

  • Deep Jira knowledge

  • Solid understanding of technology

  • Have experience of building foundations with processes, tools and systems

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Excellent ability to manage timelines
