Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of New Mortgage Products

    • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and competitive offerings.

    • Design and launch new mortgage products that meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

    • Collaborate with other bank divisions to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing processes.

  • Increasing Market Share in Mortgage Products

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.

    • Analyze the competitive landscape and create unique offerings to enhance competitiveness.

    • Represent the bank at industry events to increase brand visibility and credibility.

  • Boosting Mortgage Sales

    • Implement innovative technologies to streamline the mortgage application process, including online applications.

    • Collect and analyze data to optimize processes and improve sales efficiency.

    • Launch promotional campaigns and special offers to stimulate mortgage sales.

    • Establish strategic partnerships with developers and real estate agencies to broaden market reach.

    • Develop loyalty programs to increase customer retention.

  • Enhancing Profitability of Mortgage Products

    • Assess the profitability of various mortgage products and provide optimization recommendations.

    • Set competitive interest rates and terms to attract a diverse customer base.

    • Develop additional services and products to boost overall profitability.

  • Expanding Sales through Omnichannel Platforms

    • Explore and implement new sales channels, including online platforms and mobile applications.

    • Monitor the effectiveness of alternative channels and adapt strategies based on results.

    • Identify and launch new partnerships with real estate agencies and related organizations.

    • Design specialized products tailored for different target audiences across various sales channels.

  • Strategic Leadership and Business Development

    • Create and execute a strategic plan for the development of the mortgage business.

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress toward achieving them.

    • Lead regular team meetings to evaluate current performance and make necessary strategic adjustments.

Job requirements
