Key Responsibilities:
New Product Development for MSE Clients
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify client needs and competitive trends.
Design and launch new products that align with client requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing banking processes.
Driving Sales of MSE Products
Analyze data to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to boost product sales.
Establish and nurture partnerships with agents to expand market reach.
Design loyalty programs tailored for MSE clients.
Implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Utilize technology to streamline processes, such as online applications, to enhance client experience.
Developing Online Channels
Create and execute a strategy for launching and expanding a mobile app tailored for MSE clients.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth, successful launch of the app.
Enhancing Profitability of MSE Products
Assess the profitability of various products and make recommendations for improvement.
Establish competitive interest rates, fees, and terms to attract and retain clients.
Develop supplementary services and products that increase revenue potential.
Strategic Leadership in MSE Business Growth
Develop a strategic plan to drive growth within the MSE segment.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and manage success.
Lead regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
Job requirements
Proven track record in developing products and driving growth within the micro and small business banking sector.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and market assessment.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, such as launching online channels or mobile applications.
A results-driven approach with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster partnerships.
