We are seeking an experienced Head of Credit Administration Directorate to lead our credit administration function and enhance the operational effectiveness of our credit processes. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our credit administration activities, overseeing the individuals credit lifecycle, and implementing best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of Credit Administration Directorate: Set and achieve the department's objectives, overseeing a high-performing team to ensure efficiency in all credit administration processes.

  • Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Continuously improve credit administration processes to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

  • Credit Administration Oversight: Manage the end-to-end credit administration cycle, including documentation, accurate record-keeping, collateral management, disbursements, and repayment monitoring.

  • Risk Mitigation: Improve credit administration processes to reduce credit risk exposure and maintain the health of the credit portfolio.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all credit administration processes adhere to industry best practices, local regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Quality Control Mechanisms: Implement robust controls to guarantee the quality and accuracy of all credit documentation and administrative procedures.

  • Portfolio Monitoring and Early Warning Systems: Regularly monitor the credit portfolio, establishing early warning systems to identify and address potential risks.

Job requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a credit administration division, with a track record of successful operational transformation.

  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams, with experience overseeing 30+ employees.

  • Credit Operations Expertise: Strong background in credit administration for both corporate and retail clients.

  • Banking Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Uzbekistan’s banking sector and local lending regulations will be an advantage.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English is required; proficiency in Uzbek is a plus.
