Job Responsibilities:


  • Responding to calls and emails via phone and chat channels according to the content and subject of the calls and emails.
  • Managing customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing sales and technical support to the customers.
  • Answering questions related to the company.
  • Participating in training sessions to develop necessary skills and knowledge.


    • Job requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of German and English (B2) languages.
    • Excellent computer and typing skills.
    • Ability to work in Istanbul time.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage customer complaints effectively and provide high-quality service.
    • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to different projects and tasks.
    • Ability to work various hours, including weekends if required.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.


    Experience Required: No experience required. Training will be provided.
