At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join one of our clients' teams. We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager with a strong background in performance marketing to assist a growing international company in launching and scaling its presence in South Korea. This is a short-term consulting project, ideal for a local performance marketing specialist who understands the intricacies of the Korean digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on how to successfully enter and grow in the Korean digital market.

  • Identify and recommend the most effective marketing and acquisition channels (e.g., Kakao, Naver, YouTube, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.).

  • Advise on outreach strategies and media buying practices specific to South Korea.

  • Support the setup and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Share insights on local user behavior, creative localization, and A/B testing tactics that perform in Korea.

  • Recommend tools, agencies, or partnerships relevant to the market.

  • Deliver a roadmap with practical action items and KPIs for the internal team to execute.

Job requirements

  1. Proven experience in user acquisition and performance marketing in South Korea (3+ years minimum).

  2. Deep knowledge of the Korean digital ecosystem, including local ad networks, platforms, trends, and user behaviors.

  3. Experience with managing and optimizing performance campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS).

  4. Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and verbal).

  5. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  6. Experience working with international companies or startups is a plus.

  7. Ability to work independently and deliver clear, practical recommendations.

Nice to have:

  1. Prior experience in consulting, freelancing, or project-based advisory roles.

  2. Background in B2C mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors.

  3. Familiarity with market entry strategy and cross-cultural marketing.
