Job requirements
What you will do:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and product initiatives, in alignment with quarterly business goals and with guidance from Senior Leadership.
Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, production issues, and allocations to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Facilitate seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) by organizing workflows, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
Establish and maintain effective execution and communication processes, ensuring accountability and team alignment.
Work closely with direct teams and product partners on well-defined projects with clear scope and objectives.
Support and improve core engineering processes: sprint planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, and developer allocations.
Empower and unblock the team by promoting operational excellence and cultivating a healthy, productive team environment.
Coach and mentor team members, helping them progress in their careers and meet performance expectations.
Capture lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery and team operations.
Job requirements:
1+ years of software engineering management experience.
4+ years of hands-on software development experience in languages like Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC - from planning and development to launch and customer feedback integration.
Demonstrated ability to deliver products on schedule with a focus on quality, efficiency, and feedback loops.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver user-centric solutions.
Experience introducing and scaling Agile (Scrum) environments with short development cycles.
Solid understanding of end-to-end quality assurance and best practices.
