Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.

We are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Keep information confidential in accordance with our security policies.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position.

  • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

  • Basic understanding of databases.

  • Good command of English, both oral and written.

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Strong internet connection and a personal computer.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Preferred: Experience with data entry software and familiarity with administrative duties.
