As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work closely with Marketing and Sales to help drive our offering.  You will be responsible for outbound sales activity to discover, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities. You will have to research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate existing business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up

  • Utilize lead generation tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn to target prospects and create new sales opportunities

  • Research and evaluate prospects prior to engagement

  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities

  • Set up leads, opportunities, and reports within Hubspot

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build a sales strategy for generating new prospects

  • Act as the subject matter expert on offerings/solution

  • Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in Sales or as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in a software or SaaS company.

  • You’re passionate about growing into a career in sales and focused on self-development and excellence.

  • Self-discipline, focus, and strong time management skills.

  • Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

  • an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead

  • Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday.
