Job requirements
This role requires FOREX sales experience.
The experienced Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth by selling foreign exchange FX products and services. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD & FX market, leveraging an established IB & CPA Partners Network.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored FX solutions.
Sales Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for FX products while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Knowledge and Analysis: Maintain a thorough understanding of the FX market, including trends and competitor activities, to provide relevant insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Effective Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records of sales activities while providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational and Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, with proven sales experience in the FX or financial services industry.
Market and Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FX market and related products, enabling effective client engagement.
Interpersonal Skills and Goal Orientation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while working independently and as part of a team.
