At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join one of our clients' team. Responsibilities :

-Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

-Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

-Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

-Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

-Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

-Participate on behalf of the company in networking/ meetups.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Job requirements

-You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

-2 to 5 years of IT/Technology, business development experience in an IT/ software company is highly preferred.

-You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.

-You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

-You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
