Our team is looking for a Business/System Analyst Lead to join one of the well-established banks in Central Asia.  

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates consistent business analysis, information acquisition analysis and design, data access analysis and design, archiving and recovery strategies, security, and change management at the domain level;
  • Leads monitoring & profiling programs and supports project manager from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation;
  • Drives project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
  • Participates in development of strategic roadmaps tactical implementation plans and helps monitor adherence to the target direction;
  • Conducting Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Demo, Retro);
  • Team workload control;
  • Escalation of problems and leveling of risks arising in the course of work.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
  • Knowledge of the principles and implementation of UML, BPMN and sequence diagrams;
  • Basic knowledge of the capabilities of the systems used (SAP, Java 11 / Java 17, Oracle 19, Pega 7.2.2, Pega 8.8, WAY4, Oracle 19c, C#);
  • Knowledge of data types and the basics of databases for building tables;
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP, SOAP, RMI, CLI) for the development of architectural solutions;
  • Knowledge of the capabilities of Android, iOS, WEB browsers, Linux, Windows;
  • Agile ceremonies and principles;
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
