The Role
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Affiliate Executive to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Latin America. This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and relationship management, including collaboration with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate partners in key LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil) to drive client acquisition and trading volumes
Develop and implement strategies to boost affiliate performance and engagement
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using tools such as Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure effective affiliate partnerships
Stay informed on LATAM market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements
Work with influencers and content creators to promote brand awareness and attract new clients
Provide affiliates and influencers with creative assets, insights, and regular performance feedback
Job requirements
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within Forex, CFDs, or the fintech industry
Hands-on experience with Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance marketing
Solid understanding of the LATAM region, trading behaviors, and local regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Existing portfolio of affiliate partners is a strong advantage
Experience in influencer marketing is a significant plus
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with proficiency in English required
